How does it work?
maddie&blush allows you to order beauty appointments on demand. You book a session, and we send an artist to your door (or wherever you'd like).
Who are your makeup artists?
Maddie&Blush is launching with Marion le Roux and will expand with a curated group of French-trained local makeup artists.
Can I request a specific artist?
That feature is coming soon.

Appointment Details

What should I do the day of my appointment?
Please present yourself with a french, clean face and refrain from applying any products.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 12 hours or more in advance incur no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
How long will my appointment last?
Your session will last approximately one hour.
What if I'm running late?
We allow for a 30 minute grace period. If you are running more than 30 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the makeup artist will be able to stay to complete the appointment.

Payment

How much does an appointment cost?
Makeup appointments are $100.
When do I pay?
You will pay after we've secured an artist for you.
How do I pay?
You pay securely through our site. We use Stripe for paymeny processing and will never store you bank account or credit card information on our site.

Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 12 hours or more in advance incur no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
What if I'm not satisfied with my make-up?
If you're not satisfied, we will refund you 100% of the amount paid.
What if the makeup artist does not show up?
If the makeup artist does not show up, call us immediately. We will try our best to send an artist to you in time, and we will offer you a 100% refund.
